I ordered eyeglasses through FepBlue (Davis Vision) on March 13th, 2015. Today is now May 1st and I still do not have that pair of glasses to wear. They have been sent back to the same lab 4 times. I am going through the denial process right now! My doctor prescribed Forteo for severe osteoporosis because the degrading of my spine and right hip bone was too severe for the usual osteoporosis drugs. I have twice been denied. Pcific Blue Cross is horrible cokpany. I cant believe what they do and thry cant get away with this. Claims are not paid. I had been compliant and making payments on-time, via debit/credit card. I was receiving regular monthly bills, without notable issues. Customer service is a joke. Incompetent and rude people. All they do is transfer you over and over again because nobody wants to do their job. I called about a simple claims question. Rude customer service personal. Have been hung up on. Supervisor ,on open line refusing to take my call for complaint about agents. Said to br a ppo, but t really a hmo that scams customer as they receive money from medicare. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM,!!!!! Add comment

Basically I am paying this insurance for no reason. It wont cover most of my medical bills. Wich include prenatal care and regular doctor visits. I don't see the point in paying for it. I had cigna before and never had any issues with it. I wish my employers go back to cigna. Add comment

Tried to start a policy with this company for months because they had lower premiums. I had to speak with about 5 agents in order to figure out if my local hospital was in their network.
